1) DATA CONTROLLER
The Data Protection Officer (DPO) of this website is the restaurant Il Duca di Orvieto – placed in Via della Pace 5, Orvieto (TR) Italy – VAT n. IT0140057550, in the person of its legal representative Adelina Bonavera.
Treatment connected to the browsing and use of the web services on this website are carried out at the company’s operative location by the DPO and any collaborators appointed by means of an internal system for managing and protecting personal data.
2) CATEGORIES OF PROCESSED DATA
Personal data shall mean any information related to a natural person that is or can be identified, even indirectly, by reference to any other information, including a personal identification number. Identification data shall mean personal data allowing a subject to be identified directly (for example: name, surname, place and date of birth, address, e-mail address, telephone number, etc…).
3) PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING
Voluntarily-provided personal and sensible data shall be processed for the following purposes, unless otherwise notified:
To surf the current internet website; answer to your contact request and to send you required information; mailing list subscription; fill in the form with the required personal data; for general administrative and accounting activities.

Personal data will be stored in the database of the national provider (Aruba S.p.a. company that obtained certifications of conformity and with solid safety standards) and in the e-mail archives, they will be kept for a period not exceeding the purpose for which the data was collected and subsequently processed.
To make surfing safe, the website is also equipped with a security certificate (SSL)
6) COMMUNICATION AND SHARING
Data will not be shared with, and cannot be sent to any other company, including companies collaborating with the restaurant Il Duca di Orvieto.
7) USERS RIGHTS
The user can in any moment – once exhausted the reason for sharing their data – ask for modifications or cancellation of the personal data itself (ART. 17 GDPR – Diritto all’Oblio) from the company e-mail archives by sending an e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org , by phone calling the number: +39 0763.344663 or by mailing a formal request to the company mail address written in section 1.
The user also has the right (ART. 15 – Diritto di Accesso) to be informed about the processing of their data treatment.

Finally, the user has the right to place a claim to the national personal data protection authority, located in Rome, Piazza di Montecitorio 121 (www.garanteprivacy.it).
